Scorpio and Love

SCORPIO AND ARIES (March 21 - April 20)
Since there is no room for two heads in one family, this combination is not an ideal match. Sexually, Aries is more imaginative and willing to experiment, but Scorpio's smoldering desires prove a fair match. Trouble looms in other areas though. Both are selfish and both want to make the decisions. There is a basic clash of wills because Aries wants to dominate and Scorpio wants to control. Scorpio's secretive and brooding nature frustrates open, impulsive Aries. Scorpio has certain ideals which his/her mate is expected to live up to and any failure on the part of Aries to live up to these ideals will cause Scorpio to push him or her right out of the scorpio mind and heart. Sexually, Scorpios jealous nature results in being over demanding with total possession expected. Aries, a dominate, (and dominating), fire sign, is not about to sit still for being dominated. Temperamental differences undermine the sexual rapport. In business these two would not make for an ideal partnership unless one lived in a foreign country! The fire sign of Aries would never let it's child be satisfied with a half hearted effort and the water sign of Scorpio would be constantly putting out Aries' fiery enthusiasm.

SCORPIO AND TAURUS (April 21 - May 20)
This combination mutually admires each other. Taurus has the stamina and the desire to satisfy Scorpio in the bedroom. But what will this passionate pair do with the other 231/2 hours in the day? Both of these signs can be extremely stubborn, opionated and set in their ways. These types of nature can reflect back on their relationship making even minor issues a cause for all out war and the more serious conflicts will become absolutely intolerable. With all their conflicts financial problems are not likely to be one of them as they both take a serious approach to the finances. The difference between these two is that Taurus wants to own a lover, like a valuable object, and Scorpio tries to possess in an emotional sense. Though they share an affinity for finances, Scorpio is thrifty and spurns laziness whereas Taurus likes to spend on creature comforts. Scorpio is willful, Taurus is obstinate, and both want to be the captain of what may turn out to be a sinking ship. Their sex life will be erratic at best, but, though both have active sexual appetites the times when their desires coincide could be far too few to be satisfying in a long term relationship. In business this duo can make a very good partnership as the emotional sign, Scorpio, of the emotional group is a good designer and planner while Taurus, of the earth sign in the practical, or mechanical group will be just the 'mechanic' to keep it running.

SCORPIO AND GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
Here Gemini has found a mate that can surpass the Gemini urge for action. Scorpio is drawn to Gemini's vivacity, and Scorpio's complex personality fascinates curious Gemini. For a time Gemini is also intrigued by Scorpio's unceasing sexual demands. But Gemini is too changeable and inconstant for intense Scorpio, who needs and demands total commitment. Restless Gemini has a strong penchant for independence, while Scorpio wants to dominate and possess. Scorpio is basically a loner; Gemini likes to glitter in social settings. The sexual relationship of this couple is about as shaky as the regular, marital one since most bedroom activities are shaded by the foregoing events of the day and is unlikely to be one that will bring much happiness or satisfaction to either of them. This is definitely not a recommended relationship.Love conquers all. Then again, too much, stifles some. In business; it would seem that Gemini and Scorpio have such a hard time in a one on one relationship that a business partnership is not likely to be any better as the constant bickering and jealousies will effectively kill the business. These two inner personalities do not mix even though their groupings would seem to suggest the opposite.

SCORPIO AND CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
Masterful Scorpio should make a good mate for quiet spoken cancer. Cancer is the passive partner, but there's plenty of combustible material to catch fire from Scorpio's abundant passions. The heat in the bedroom will help cool off disputes that can arise between two jealous people. Scorpio offers strength and protectiveness, which is just what clinging, insecure Cancer is looking for. In turn, Cancer is affectionate, generous, loving, and devoted-all that Scorpio wants. Cancer can be possessed completely by Scorpio in sexual relations, and be inspired to greater response than he/she can with any other sign. Cancer is able to express her/himself more with Scorpio, thus widening Cancers horizons of passion. These two get along together like bread and jam. In business these two would make good partners as in this case the two water signs in the emotional, ideas, grouping will be able to work well together, as they can be friends as well as partners. They also possess a mutual respect for each others ideas and plans. Cancer in particular will want to succeed and achieve some measure of fame or fortune, and this, coupled with the strength of the eagle and the scorpion backing the financial moves, would seem like a winning combination.

SCORPIO AND LEO (July 23 - August 22)
Two shinning personalities join together. There's immediate sexual fascination with each other. But Leo finds it hard to cope with Scorpio's jealousy and possessiveness. Intense, smoldering Scorpio is on a too short fuse, while Leo is much more buoyant. Leo thinks Scorpio difficult and temperamental; Scorpio considers Leo pretentious and a show-off. Scorpios sexual appetites could be overactive which could make up to Leo for a lot of other things. Sexual relations are also an area where Leo will give into Scorpios wishes and, when it is noticed that Scorpio has a reluctance to give into Leo, Leo will feel hurt and rejected. This is a storm tossed relationship best left unboarded. As a business partnership this fire and water combination will not last beyond the ink drying on the paper as these two would be forever at odds over one thing or the other. The two personalities are much to widely varied for them to make this a good workable proposition.

SCORPIO AND VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Both of these signs are born critics and are ready, willing and able to air their grievances against each other at a moments notice, although neither feels very good when they are the subject of the others criticisms. Sensual Scorpio keeps trying to entice Virgo into ever bolder sexual adventures. But Virgo is pleased because Scorpio is also possessive and fiercely loyal, which makes Virgo feel loved and protected. They also admire each other's minds. Virgo is logical, intellectual, analytical. Scorpio is imaginative, visionary, perceptive. Each sometimes has trouble expressing real feelings: Scorpio is volatile but secretive; Virgo is self-restrained and reserved. There may be some conflict about who runs things, but Virgo's willingness to compromise keeps Scorpio tractable. Scorpio could be over demanding in the bedroom due in part to his/her insecurities and a need of reassurance in the relationship. Sex seems to be the only form of relief in this match for this personality as he/she is not good at self expression. Virgo is basically a cool person and this overabundance of ardor would not be handled well. In business these two signs could very well make good partners as long it is kept strictly business, as they are not likely to even become friends. They each can bring much to a business. The mutable Earth sign with the ability to keep the business mechanics running smoothly, problem solving through logical thinking along with a genuine empathy for others, and the fixed water sign of the mental group would be excellent in the planning and negotiating operations. Giving that they respect each others handling of finances, this could work out well for them.

SCORPIO AND LIBRA(September 23 - October 22)
At first, Scorpio's intensity in love flatters Libra, who is always looking for any new form of attention. But Scorpio is also touchy, moody, and quick to lash out in anger, which is just the kind of person Libra cannot bear. Possessive Scorpio tries to control a lover, but Libra has a need for diversion and won't stay in Scorpio's net. While both are well endowed with a healthy sexual appetite Scorpio is all passion and slightly animalistic in his/her approach to satisfaction, but Libra requires mental stimulation and a lot of excitement if one partner is to satisfy for very long. Libras needs are triggered by the frame of mind and it will be up to Scorpio to provide this stimulus in the form of books, films, etc. and use it accordingly. As far as a business partnership goes, these two would best be situated miles apart and both be silent. In other words there are entirely to many conflicts in personality traits for this to work as a business partnership.

SCORPIO AND SCORPIO (October 23 - November 22)
Where is a combination that is confusing in its outcome. Plenty of sexual attraction here but the emotional temperature can't keep rising forever. These two people who are so much alike understand each other very little. They are highly jealous and demanding. They are so intense that every little storm quickly becomes a hurricane. Both are sulky, brooding, possessive. Both are in a continual struggle to force the other to relinquish control.Their passions are shared and the fires of desire burns brightly and this is possibly what will keep their relationship on a sane level. While understanding each other quite well they will continue to fight for what one hates in the other is the same aspect of his/herself that he/she is really fighting. This is about as intense a combination as you will ever find. It works well with common goals and objectives but when the fire is lit you best keep an eye on it because it may get out of control. In business; Both partners being a fixed sign and not inclined to give an inch once his mind is made up would not seem the stuff that good business partnerships are made of. On the plus side they are good money managers and would no doubt be a good partner with a more compatible sign.

SCORPIO AND SAGITTARIUS (November 23 - December 20)
Scorpio is dominant by nature, but Scorpio will have trouble keeping their Sagittarian partner under control. Sagittarius thinks the accent should be on fun and new adventure; Scorpio wants security and constant loving. Sagittarius is open, talkative, casual about relationships; Scorpio is reticent, secretive, and very jealous in love. Scorpio wants Sagittarius at home, Sagittarius wants to roam. If Sagittarius gets the impression that he/she is thought of as the exclusive sexual property of Scorpios, and it would be unwise for Scorpio to act as if this is so, that is when he/she begins to kick over the traces and will go bed-hopping. In business; This would also be an unwise business partnership for much the same reasons as outlined above. Sagittarius will be much too busy searching out the excitement in the business and will work at it willingly, unless it becomes a hum drum affair at which time he is likely to lose interest in the whole thing. Scorpio is not as adept at dealing with the public for he is apt to sting those who can help and cultivate those that can harm the business.

SCORPIO AND CAPRICORN (December 21 - January 19)
This is a very hard combination to analyze. All of Scorpio's powerful passions find a welcome here. Scorpio's volatile emotions tend to open up brooding, inner directed Capricorn, and the zesty goings-on add savor to a warm emotional relationship. Capricorn even likes Scorpio's jealousy-for that makes Capricorn feel secure. These two share a sense of purpose: they are ambitious, determined, serious about responsibility-and as a team have good auguries for financial success. On the other hand, They can reach an agreement on a stable homelife and financial matters but little else as the personalties here are too widely diverse to support a long term relationship. Should Scorpio try to force his/her personal views on Capricorn or try any of the other controlling ploys Capricorn will soon see through his/her efforts at manipulation and will become very angry. A nice quiet life will not likely be achieved with these two. Sexually, Scorpio is the more active sign and may feel that Capricorn is not being true when Capricorn persists in bringing his/her work to bed or begs off with a headache. In business these two signs can make for a good partnership as each have much to offer the business. Capricorn and Scorpio will find it easy to agree on the financial aspects of the business and Capricorn will work hard as this is the life blood to him. These two are also apt to become good friends in the process. The higher type scorpio will also contribute much and is willing to let Capricorn do the head work while he does the leg work.

SCORPIO AND AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 19)
This combination usually ends up getting into unpleasant terms after a little time. Scorpio makes heavy emotional demands, but to Aquarius even a love affair is simply another way to broaden its horizons. Scorpio can't tolerate Aquarius's independence within a relationship or understand Aquarius's casual air toward love. Aquarius is altogether too impersonal and has too many outside interests to suit possessive, jealous Scorpio. The sex drive of Scorpio is so much stronger than that of Aquarius and the demands are many. If these demands are not met, as well they won't be, there will be many times scorpio will feel unloved and neglected. Aquarius, on the other hand, is so busy thinking about other people and their problems that he/she may completely miss the trouble brewing at home. Scorpio will try to dominate and will be upset by Aquarius's unpredictable moods and love for freedom. Scorpio wants to stay at home; Aquarius wants to be free to go. And so on-to the finish. In other words without some extremely mature attitude adjustment it will be difficult to rectify the inherent differences in each other's nature. In business; In the impersonal atmosphere of a business partnership this could probably work out for these two signs, each will want to get ahead and Scorpio makes a good money manager. Both will offer much to the business, and a possible success would be theirs. It will take the higher type of Scorpio to achieve this so no loss of respect occurs by haveing Aquarius witness too many outbursts of temper and impatience.

SCORPIO AND PISCES (February 20-March 20)
This may be a love at first sight combination. Scorpio's strength is a perfect bulwark for Pisces' indecisiveness. In turn, Pisces' imagination sparks Scorpio's creativity. Pisces is able to give Scorpio the devotion and admiration it craves, and their mutual fascination with lovemaking provides a fine romantic aura. Pisces' flair for the bizarre adds spice to Scorpio's desires, and the intense emotional needs of both signs neatly complement each other. Pisces' intuitive awareness and Scorpio's depth of feeling unite in a special closeness. Emotions are allowed to be dramatized and used in the bedroom to heighten sexual pleasure.
