HeLP............

hey... do u know how to cure imsonia?
It's been a long time that I can't get into sleep easily. I'm so energetic and fresh in the midnight though I felt tired. Then I only managed to sleep in the early morning. It's a bad habit that I would like to change....

It's the same too right now. Actually I just left from my bed... as i couldn't sleep since i lay down on the bed few hours ago. It's really....painful?! I also don't know how to describe it. =.='''

Help me!!!! Should I take any pill??!! just kidding here:)... i know it's a wrong way...

Hope that I able to sleep well later on.

hey, cant take pill nor matter what. it's harmful. actually it's not a bad habit. some of the ppl hav such life too. just abnormal la. kekek...

don't take up pills, trust me. it'll only worsen the situation. why not u try to sleep early and wake up early?

i am doing it. everyday, i wake up by 8am or earlier than 8am. then, try not to take any nap in the afternoon or evening. like this, u are able to sleep at night. my daily schedule is 8am wake up and 1am must go for bed. sometimes earlier... depends. just... dun sleep late.

or, u can try to drink a glass of warm soya bean or warm milk. it might help

Want to try my way to cure? it's only takes 48hours and gurantee to work, at least for me... but will be suffering abit..

Okay, it's like that..
1. so, you feel energetic at midnight, just do what every you want. Dont sleep also ok
2. Continue to do what ever you want til morning
3. hold on and dont sleep
4. the 2nd night i can gurantee you to fall asleep.

* try this if you dun have any important activities next day.. Used to torture my self this way.. LOL, i have a better alternative... play sports for the whole day.. sure can sleep easily on that night.
